Earlier this summer, I taught a lesson called Pelvic Clock that caught everyone's attention. In that lesson, you like on your back with your knees bent, imagine there's a clock face under your pelvis, and tilt your pelvis toward the different numbers and eventually around the full circle. Someone asked afterwards, "Is there a jaw clock lesson?" I answered that I wasn't sure, but that there are lots of other clocks we could explore. And so, a series! Each week we'll do a different clock.
