This week, we'll being doing a classic Feldenkrais arm lesson. It's great for stiff shoulders, computer-or-phone-use tension in forearms and hands, and that hunchy feeling you get in your upper back and chest.
Ongoing weekly Awareness Through Movement class. Beginners and drop-ins welcome. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing. Mats are provided. $10-$20 sliding scale.
